Anxious to excited!

I turned a huge corner today; I went from feeling anxious most of the time to feeling excited and lucky most of the time. We spent a whole day picking up baby stuff that we were able to find on the cheap from the local twins club. My favorite purchase so far is a semi-brand-new chocolate brown lazy boy for breast feeding and sleeping in. I may use it sooner than that for sleeping when the acid reflux gets to be too unbearable. At any rate it is super comfortable and was pretty cheap!



I'm knitting right along with my first baby blanket but I need my sister to send me more yarn as the rest of my Christman present since I'm getting awfully close to finishing this skein.


We stopped by a friends house on our way home from errands which was fun but unusual because our American culture had lost the art of "dropping by". Just being in someone's neighborhood and knocking on their door has become a thing of the past. But me and my man are ready to resurrect this lost art.

They have 9 month old twins (boy/ girl) and she had tons of great advice for me. But then on our way out, she said that we should just take that huge plastic bin full of boys clothes that was sitting by the front door. Wow! We just got a ton of high quality boys clothes for free. This makes me very excited!
