Yesterday, I threw out my back,
Not into the trash or into a sack.
Not doing anything but gettin' into the car,
Which forbade me from goin' too far.
I am allowed no medicine to take,
Only the rest and give my body a break.
But when in pain there ain't much relaxin'
Layin' down only helped me a fraction.
But on a snowy Sunday the chiropractor was beckon'd,
And to the best that I can maybe reckon,
She snapped my back back to where it should be,
And brought my pain down to minimal-lee.
Lots of heat pads, ice and complainin',
Has got me through the day and I'm just a sayin',
Don't go throwin' out your back,
When you're pregnant and that is that.
